Beliefs to carry you through your IVF journey

hope in IVF

Of all the tools I use in coaching with my clients, one of the most popular by far is my Belief Plan.

Because the entire well-being of your mindset starts with a belief.

You may not be at a point just yet where you can see that you are in control of your thoughts and beliefs, but I’m hoping to get you just a little bit closer to that realization today.

Growing your belief in IVF

Getting through IVF and infertility with ease and grace starts with growing your belief about whatever you need at the moment. Because the truth is, you can believe whatever you want to believe. And I know that right now, you want to believe more than anything that IVF will be successful and you will have a baby in your arms soon.

A Belief Plan will help you live more intentionally and rewire your brain. I know when you’re on this journey, your brain can become consumed with negative thoughts. Day after day, hour after hour, minute after minute, your brain goes to negative thoughts. You may catch glimpses of joy and happiness, you may preoccupy yourself with work or other activities. Sometimes, you may, even for a brief moment, forget about the infertility journey that’s been consuming your life.

But the fact is, the thoughts and fears are still there lingering.

If this sounds familiar, I want you to know that it doesn’t have to be this way. No, I don’t have magical powers and I obviously can’t make you completely forget about the fact that all you want is to be a mom and it hasn’t happened yet.

But I promise you, it is possible to create positive beliefs that your mind will wander to over the negative thoughts you’ve been focusing on thus far.

If you work with me, we come up with beliefs customized to you. We take a deep look at your negative thoughts to find out where they’re coming from and rewire them into something else. Something so much better.

If you’re not a client of mine, you’re in luck, because today I’m giving you some positive beliefs as a loaner. Because I truly want you to make the most out of your IVF experience. I want to help you stop the doubt, to show up for yourself and your family 100% without leaving anything behind.

I want you to show up for your life right now, separate from your infertility journey. Because even though it feels like it at times, your infertility is not who you are.

You’re where you’re supposed to be and you’ve got what it takes to get through this.

I want you to know that it’s not a matter of if, it’s a matter of when.

Beliefs to think right now

Here is a list of beliefs that help my clients as they go through IVF and I know will help you too:

*I can do hard things

*My life is happening right on time

*It's not a matter of if, it's a matter of when

*Just because it hasn't happened doesn't mean it can't happen

*Every day I am one step closer

*All my feelings are valid

*I will be OK

*It will all be worth it.

Save these beliefs and practice these intentional thoughts by repeating them to yourself over and over again. The next time a negative thought pops into your head, like “this is hopeless” or “I can’t handle this,” flip it around to “It WILL happen” or “I am so strong.” Not only are these the thoughts that are healthier and more productive to tell yourself–they are the truth! I believe that, and soon, you will too.

As an IVF coach I help women stop the negative thought spirals, and bring their best self to the next round of IVF. And through my Belief Plan, at the end of working together my clients believe these thoughts that serve them, and that help them through pregnancy and motherhood too.

I hope these powerful beliefs will make this journey just a little bit brighter for you.
